Former Derry City striker Mark Farren has passed away at the young age of 33 years.

On Wednesday, Mark Farren was announced dead after suffering from an aggressive brain tumour.

He was Leicester's top goal scorer, scoring 114 goals in 209 appearances for the Club, between 2003 and 2012.

Last year, a global appeal was made to help raise money to send Farren to a travel centre in Mexico for emergency treatment.

Today, many are paying their respects to Mark Farren and his family.
