Karim Benzema, Álvaro Odriozola and Sergio Ramos, all injured, could not take part in the training session ahead of Real Madrid's La Liga clash against Villareal this Sunday.

Throughout the fifteen minutes of the fourth session of the week that was witnessed by the press, none of the three players jumped to the fields 1 and 2 of the Ciudad Deportiva de Valdebebas, where Real Madrid players, including youngster Mohamed Airam 'Moha', worked under the orders of Zinedine Zidane.

Both Ramos, with a grade I injury to the left soleus, Benzema, with problems in the left femoral biceps, and Odriozola, with a fracture to his left clavicle, did not make an appearance at today's training session at the Ciudad Deportiva de Valdebebas.

Of the three, Benzema was seen running on the pitch the day before, while Ramos and Odriozola continued with their recovery processes inside the facilities of the Real Madrid complex.

The rest began the training with a couple of different rounds. The team was divided into two groups: in the first, Kroos, Lucas Vázquez, Vallejo, Nacho, Brahim, Carvajal, Isco, Ceballos, Moha, Llorente and Reguilón,  the first phase of the session completed without problems.

In the second, Casemiro, Modric, Courtois, Marcelo, Bale, Vinicius, Valverde, Varane, Keylor Navas and Mariano had no problems preparing the rest of the session, behind closed doors.
