Rafa Benitez could return to the helm of a Premier League team. He has been in charge of three English clubs: Liverpool, Newcastle and Everton. The fourth is on everyone's lips and that is none other than West Ham.
According to the 'Daily Mail', the Spanish coach has been given the go-ahead to take over from David Moyes at the Hammers, who were thrashed 4-0 by Brighton on Saturday in the 26th game of the season.
Rafa Benitez would take over at a struggling West Ham side. The Hammers sit sixteenth in the table with just two points clear of the relegation zone.
The coach would return to the football world more than a year later. His last spell was at Everton, between June 2021 and January 2022. We will see if in the next few hours the coach's arrival at the Hammers is announced.
