Mindful of Financial Fair Play regulations, especially after the world-record signing of Neymar, PSG are looking for a legitimate way to sign the youngster.

Following Al-Khelaifi's summer spending spree, which is not yet over, Paris Saint-Germain must balance the books if they want to make further signings.

However, in order to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations, the Parisians have proposed taking Kylian Mbappe on a season-long loan with Lucas Moura going in the opposite direction.

The loan move is quite special and would have the sole intention of assisting the French club in meeting UEFA requirements. At the end of the loan period, the agreement between PSG and Monaco would see Mbappe seal a permanent move to the Parc des Princes next summer.

The overall deal is worth 140 million euros added to Lucas Moura, who would join Jardim's side. PSG are also in talks to sign Monaco midfielder Fabinho.
