According to 'El Pais', Paris Saint-Germain are already weighing up getting rid of Kylian Mbappé to keep Neymar content, as the Brazilian is reportedly uncomfortable sharing the limelight with the young Frenchman. A swap deal with Coutinho is being considered.
While Neymar is grabbing all the attention after the injury he picked up against Olympique de Marseille, which could well leave him sidelined for PSG's huge second-leg clash with Real Madrid in the Champions League, this new report has once again raised questions over the unity of the Parisian dressing-room.
'El Pais' has stated that the possibility of offloading the French starlet was first raised by the PSG technical director, and has been passed onto the president of the club, Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
The afforementioned Spanish news outlet claims that, in fact, the senior director has already given the go-ahead on a possible Barcelona offer, involving trading Mbappé for Philippe Coutinho plus cash. The move is aimed at keeping PSG's world-record signing happy in Paris.
The Brazilian international, for whom Real Madrid seem ready to break the bank in the summer window, has already had spats with Cavani, and it now seems there may be a similar situation with Mbappe.
