According to the French press, PSG are looking for a replacement for Thiago Silva, and they believe there is nobody better than Barcelona's Samuel Umtiti to succeed the Brazilian.

Leonardo, PSG's sports director, has made a list of possible signings for 2020-21. One of the lines to be improved is that of the backline.

PSG would be looking for a successor to Thiago Silva. The player is 35 years old and at the French club they understand that he doesn't have much left in elite football.

Leonardo's favourite to take Thiago Silva's place is Samuel Umititi, who plays for FC Barcelona, according to 'Onze Mundial'.

They know, however, that the competition will be voracious. Up to six teams would be interested in linking up with the Frenchman: United, Napoli, Inter, Arsenal, Chelsea are all interested.

Umtiti has a contract with Barça until 2023, but the club will listen to any offer that comes in.

We will have to see, in any case, if the figure that puts the PSG on the table is enough for Barça to opt for the proposal of the French team.
