Paris Saint-Germain have sent a complaint to UEFA regarding the yellow card Adrien Rabiot received during PSG's Champions League round of 16 clash with Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.

According to reports from French paper 'L'Equipe', PSG have sent a complaint to UEFA with regards to the yellow card the Frenchman was shown in the 63rd minute of the game.

Rabiot, who scored the first goal of the game for Unai Emery's side, was given the yellow after a clash with Luka Modric in which Rabiot appeared to catch the Madrid midfielder's trailing leg in a challenge for the ball.

However, replays clearly show that Rabiot didn't even touch the Croatian, as Modric is seen throwing himself to the ground. That being said, PSG are not overly optimistic of having the card reiscinded, as the rules state that cards can only be retroactively revoked if there was a case of mistaken identity.
