UEFA have charged Paris Saint-Germain and Basel over their fans' behaviour during their Champions League round of 16 games this week.

PSG hosted Real Madrid at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday, while Basel travelled to the Ethiad to take on Manchester City on Wednesday.

PSG were punished due to their fans using fireworks, flares and laser pointers at the game, and received four charges. They have now been sanctioned four times by UEFA this season.

Basel received just the one charge, again for fireworks.

Both charges will be dealt with on the 22nd of March by the control, ethics and disciplinary board.
