'Ozil is the best no.10 in the world'
New Arsenal signing, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, has praised Mesut Ozil after having watched him train, and has claimed that the German World Cup winner is the best in the world at his position.
Since Ozil came into the Premier League following his move from Real Madrid, no other player has created as many goalscoring opportunities as he has, although this season Mkhitaryan himself actually has one more assist.
Speaking to Arsenal Player, Mkhitaryan said: "Everyone knows that Mesut is one of the best players in the world. It's only happiness and joy to play next to him because he understands very well the football game, he has great vision, he has amazing technique and he's the best in his position."
Mkhitaryan is hoping to emulate Ozil and he is confident he can do so now that he has been reunited with his former Borussia Dortmund team mate, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
"I know him very well, he is one of my best friends and one of the best team-mates I have ever had. I am very happy to have him here and I think all the fans are happy to see him in an Arsenal shirt. What can I say? I love playing with him," Mkhitaryan said when asked about Aubameyang.
