The Brazilian national team begin their World Cup with a group stage match against Switzerland on June 17th and Tite already knows 15 of the 23 players who will be there with him.

In a World Cup year the spotlight is always on the teams competing and their movements. One of the favourites, as always, is Tite's Brazil. Interestingly, the manager appears to have a clear idea in his head already of over half of the players who he will be taking to Russia with him.

Giving a few words to Brazilian paper 'UOL', the manager of the five-time champions didn't hesitate to name 15 of the players who will receive a call up. From the names given it is evident that the Brazilian contingent will be strong at the back and lethal up front.

"Obviously the usual starting 11 are almost assured of their places, being Alisson, Dani Alves, Marquinhos, Miranda, Marcelo, Casemiro, Renato Augusto, Paulinho, Coutinho, Neymar and Gabriel Jesus; and those who can also count on going are Roberto Firmino, Thiago Silva, Fernandinho and Willian," Tite said.

On top of this, Tite will have to decide on eight more players, although two will be goalkeepers. Brazil will be looking to become World Champions after striking out in the last two Copa America tournaments.
