Olivier Giroud is determined to continue his FA Cup love affair when Chelsea face Arsenal in the final. Giroud - who has won all of his club games at Wembley - is bidding for a fifth winners medal in the competition.
Chelsea have turned their fortunes around this season thanks to Frank Lampard and could finish the season in style. Certifying the return to the Champions League and winning the FA Cup is the main goal. On Saturday, they reached the final after winning 3-1, a match against which Olivier Giroud once again showed how well he is doing in this competition.
"It's true that I have good records in this field (Wembley). I hope to win my fifth FA Cup. Beating Arsenal in the final would be incredible, I'm really looking forward to it," said the Frenchman.
When asked if Wembley is still his garden, he replied with a laugh. "I'm humble, so I can't say that. But I enjoy playing here, even though it's strange to play without fans. I want to stay undefeated here and win another final with Chelsea," he told the club's official media.
Giroud also referred to the remaining Premier League fixtures, where he hopes to put the finishing touches on a great year: "Now we have to put the FA Cup aside and focus on the Premier League. We are happy that Tottenham have beaten Leicester. Now we need three more points to qualify for the Champions League, but we want to finish third, we want to win more than three points.
