Last Sunday, Bayern Munich decided to sack Niko Kovac. The team are calmly looking for a midterm and long term replacement.
Oliver Kahn, who will replace Rummenigge as the highest director of the Bavarian outfit, advised his old club how to proceed in order to look for a replacement.
"You have to think about it a lot, a lot. It's about getting a manager who can build the foundations for a new era. It's something you can't decide without thinking about it," he insisted in an analysis sponsored by 'Samsung'.
"I think it's important to stop always looking for some great personality or a great name. You have to know what Bayern want, what values the team defends and what manager profile they can fit into that," concluded the former goalkeeper.
