Dani Pacheco has moved from Getafe to Malage. The forward has finally joined the club after wanting to make the switch for a while, and has signed a deal until 2021.

After weeks of negotations, Dani Pachego is officially a Malaga player. The club tried hard to bring the player back to where he completed his youth development.

Las Palmas were also interested in signing Pacheco, but the 27 year-old forward was set on returning for a second spell with the Andalusian club. After several attempts to join the 'white and blues', in which the player himself voiced his wish to make the move, he has finally made the move.

He passed a medical and has signed all the relavent documentation, meaning that his arrival at La Rosaleda could be made official. Pacheco is a versatile player who can play anywhere in attack but prefers to play as the focal point of the attack.

He has already achieved three promotions to the Spanish top flight with Real Betis, Alaves and Getafe, and is looking to get a fourth this season with Malaga.

After he left the club at the age of 12 to join Barcelona's famous La Masia youth academy and played alongside the likes of Thiago and Marc Bartra, and then went to Rafa Benitez's Liverpool.

He made 17 appearances in all competitions for the 'Reds' before returning to Spain for spells at Huesca, Rayo Vallecano and Betis amongst others.

At international level, he represented Spain at all levels from U-16 to U-21, but has never made an appearance for the senior squad.
