Lucas Ocampos was one of the Sevilla players who broke lockdown rules by organising a party during the lockdown. Despite that, another video has caused more problems for Ocampos: he threw the mask on the floor after the derby, once again breaking the rules.

Nobody doubts Lucas Ocampos' footballing quality. He is a magnificent player for Sevilla and he scored the first goal after the corona break. However, you have to question his capability of sticking to the rules and health warnings. He was one of those who broke lockdown rules by organising a party and now he has caused himself a problem again after the derby.

The Argentine player ended up being substituted during the game against Betis and he went to the stands with the rest of his teammates. He sat there, had his mask on and keep his distance. That was fine.

However, when the referee blew the final whistle, Ocampos went down to the pitch to celebrate with his teammates. Surprisely, when he went down the stairs, he took his mask off and and threw it down to the floor.

Then, once he was on the pitch, he jumped on De Jong and hugged him without respecting social distancing at all. His face even made contact with his teammate's. It remains to be seen whether La liga take action given it is not his first offence.
