Manaco have denied they have agreed a world-record £161m transfer fee with Real Madrid for striker Kylian Mbappe.

Earlier today Spanish publication 'Marca' reported that Zinedine Zidane's side had agreed to pay £134m up front and a further £27m in add-ons for the 18-year-old striker.

The reported fee would smash the current world-record fee of £93.25m that Manchester United paid to Juventus for Paul Pogba last summer.

Real Mardid head coach was full of praise for the young Frenchman in an interview with 'ESPN' last week. Zidane said, "he is very good, he is a talent, he is 18 years old, he has personality.

"He is very good, very good as a player and has shown it all year."

Madrid are searching for a new striker and have the money to spend after the £70m departure of Alvaro Morata to Chelsea last week.
