Nketiah renews with Arsenal and inherits Henry's '14' shirt
Eddie Nketiah will remain at Arsenal until at least 30th June 2025. That is the new date of a contract that expires in less than two weeks. The 'Gunner' club also gave him Henry's '14'.
Arsenal on Saturday announced the renewal of striker Eddie Nketiah, who was also given the legendary number '14' of Frenchman Thierry Henry to leave behind the '30' he has worn until now.
The 22-year-old was due to finish his contract at the end of this month, but both he and the club had declared their intention for a renewal to take place. According to various English media, his salary will be around £100,000 a week.
