Neymar to continue with Barca if his salary is dramatically increased
Neymar's staggering release clause has been leaked and it's put his weekly wage to shame.
Football Leaks have revealed Neymar joined the Catalans on a €8.5 million deal and that if he plays 60 percent of games, Barcelona must pay him an extra €1.06 million per season on top of his relatively "modest" wage of €5million per campaign.
His contract includes a number of clauses, including Neymar's huge buyout clause of £153 million, which is staggering in comparison to his fairly 'modest', in the football world, of £77,000 a week.
Therefore, Neymar has reportedly opened talks with his club to increase his weekly salary by five fold and he hopes to sign the new deal this July.
