PSG star Neymar has finally had his say on newspaper claims that he wants to return to former club Barcelona, channeling his inner Donald Trump and dismissing the reports as "fake news".

The Brazilian took to social media to give his two penneth on the reports, using Instagram stories to publish a firm message.

Spanish publication 'Mundo Deportivo' claimed in midweek that the Samba star had set his sights on securing a move back to his former club, though, senior club officials have since said that there is no interest from the Catalans in a deal.

The player himself already appears to be sick of the talk, posting a collage of the various publications running the story with the caption "fake news" superimposed over the top of them.

Neymar also denied reports that he had met up with a former girlfriend in Barcelona, saying rather sarcastically: "I would like to be Superman, but I can't be in two places at the same time. I can't teleport."

Barcelona and Neymar are due to meet in the near future in court, with the Brazilian continuing to demand the payment of a €28m bonus for signing a new contract, with the club countering with a demand for €75m in compensation for breaking his contract, damages and fines.
