When asked about who he thought would stand out at the World Cup in Russia, the Brazilian left out two huge names.

In the same conference Neymar told the world he wouldn't be back until 17th May, the PSG forward also gave his two cents on the World Cup. He was asked who would shine in Russia, and his answer missed out two five-time Ballon d'Or winners

Lacking from Neymar's list of stars were Real Madrid's legendary No. 7 Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona's magic maestro Lionel Messi. Perhaps the Brazilian felt their quality went without saying, or perhaps he simply doesn't rate them as highly as the rest of the world does.

"There are some very good players going to the World Cup. The best. I think Coutinho and Gabriel Jesus are the players that will make the difference," he said about his compatriots.

Neymar then added: "Salah isn't in a traditional footballing national side but could have a strong World Cup." On top of the Egyptian, the Brazilian added Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard to his list who "have great quality."

To round off, Neymar highlighted his former team-mate Luis Suarez as a player to keep an eye on, adding him to a list with two obvious absentees.
