Paris Saint-Germain issued a statement which clarified that Neymar and Marquinhos, who were banned and therefore could not go onto the pitch, will be able to form part of the post-match party which will take place on the pitch after their final home game of the season.
Both players are banned for the game against Dijon which will end with a party on the Parc des Princes pitch. But finally, they will be able to take part in the celebrations.
Initially, the French Football Federation had told the Parisian club that they could not participate due to the rules. PSG though managed to negotiate with the Federation to allow them to celebrate on the pitch and avoid a ban.
There will not be any parade on the streets of Paris or any other party, so it would have been a big blow for Neymar and Marquinhos if they had not been allowed to celebrate the title with their teammates.
