Middlesbrough are preparing a second bid for the 26-year-old, while Aston Villa and Reading are also thought to be interested.
Middlesbrough are preparing a second bid for the 26-year-old, while Aston Villa and Reading are also thought to be interested.
Darlow started his career with Nottingham Forrest before joining Newcastle in 2015.
He made 10 Premier League appearances in the 2015-16 season, after Tim Krul and Rob Elliot got injured and he became the first-choice keeper for Rafael Benitez in last season's title-winning Championship.
Rafa Benitez is keen to bring a new goalkeeper to St James' Park, and if that happens, Dalow's days at Newcastle would come to an end.
Reading are also interested in signing Darlow, who are ready to test Newcastle's resolve with a £5m bid for the 26-year-old.
