Nacho replaces David Garcia in Spain's squad
Real Madrid defender Nacho Fernandez has been called up by Luis de la Fuente to replace David Garcia, injured with Osasuna, for the Nations League Final Four with Spain.

The Osasuna defender went off injured in the second minute of the game against Girona last Sunday with a muscle problem that means he will miss Spain's matches in the Nations League Final Four.
"After receiving the medical reports from the Navarrese club, Luis de la Fuente has decided to call up Nacho Fernandez," the federation said in a statement.
The Real Madrid defender, who had not been called up at first, will join up with the rest of the Spain squad on 9th June, with the exception of Aymeric Laporte and Rodri Hernandez, who will play in the Champions League final on 10th June.
