The winners will be decided at the CenturyLink Field, home of Seattle Sounders.
The crowd is expected to break an attendance record for a football match in Seattle.
The previous record for Sounders was 67,385 at CenturyLink Field, the park they share with the American football team, the Seahawks.
That was for the regional rivalry against Portland Timbers in the Cascadia Cup.
The expected attendance at the final between the Sounders and Toronto is also set to become the second-largest in the history of the MLS as last year, Atlanta United and Timbers played at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in front of 73,019 fans.
This will be the 3rd time in 4 years that Seattle and Toronto play each other in the MLS Cup final, with a win and a defeat in the last 2.
The Sounders won the 2016 edition, which was won on penalties after it ended 0-0, and a year later they lost 2-0.
