Modric was already a star in Croatia, but it looks like some of the Russians have taken a shine to him as well, despite their exit at Croatia's hand.
Ronaldo and Messi had already received murals painted on the Ramada hotel in Kazan, and now Modric will be joining them.
It's not often that Modric is thought of in the same sort of circles as these two Ballon d'Or winners, but after booking Croatia a place in the semi-finals, that may be changing.
Modric scored his penalty in the shootout against Russia which helped knock out the hosts.
The murals were created by an artist for the Ramada hotel in Kazan, where Croatia have not played.
Croatia had matches in Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don and Sochi, and will now head to Moscow to face England.
