Zlatko Dalic has called up Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic for Croatia's next Euro 2020 qualifiers in October. Although the Real Madrid man is still injured, he has still been called up in contempt, as he's expected to recover from the injury beforehand.

On Monday, the Croatian Federation released Zlatko Dalic's squad list to measure up against Hungary in Split and Wales in Cardiff.

The Croatian team should be able to count on two of their main stars' services by then, Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic. 

The FC Barcelona midfielder, who asked to be released from the September squad due to the press rumours generated by his possible departure from the club, returns to the Croatian national team's list, which aspires to put the qualification for Euro 2020 on track.

Luka Modric, who is still recovering from the injury suffered precisely with Croatia in Azerbaijan, will be contemption to start. In Chamartín, however, they hope the midfielder will be able to compete again next week, which means he should be available for his commitments with the national team.
