Militao very nearly scored a crazy own goal in the La Liga match between Real Madrid and Osasuna. The defender gave a very bad pass back to his keeper Courtois. Militao put his hands on his head, but Courtois was able to get back in time.

Militao very nearly opened the scoring in his own net after a poor pass back to his keeper in the 20th minute of Real Madrid's match with Osasuna. Zidane's men were calm with the ball when he committed the terrible mistake.

Madrid had the ball just outside the area, but there was no Osasuna attacker anywhere near him. Courtois had passed him the ball, but when he gave it back to the Belgian, it was completely overhit

Courtois had to sprint back to his goal to stop the ball rolling into the goal. Shortly afterwards, Courtois had to make another good save, but this time from an opponent, to deny Chimy Avila.

The funny thing about Militao's mistake was his reaction immediately afterwards. He put his hands on his head and looked at the goalie, knowing he had made a huge blunder. Fortunately for Real Madrid, it did not lead to a goal and Militao raised his hand in apology.
