Reports from Europe claim that Lionel Messi has already told Barcelona who he wants to replace Neymar, should the Brazilian complete a move to French giants PSG.

Spanish publication 'Don Balon' states that Lionel Messi has chosen Juventus striker Paulo Dybala as the man he wants to replace Neymar at the Camp Nou.

Neymar has been heavily linked with a summer departure, with PSG reportedly set to invoke his €222m release clause.

Dybala is widely considered to be on of the most talented forward players in the world right now and it is claimed that he would be Messi's No 1 choice to fill the void that would be left by Neymar's exit.

The former Palermo man is believed to have impressed Barca officials last season after scoring twice against the Catalans the Champions League quarter final.

His performances across the two legs did not go unnoticed and the Catalan giants have been keeping an eye on the player ever since, meaning that should Neymar indeed depart, Messi may just get his wish.

Nevertheless, Messi would prefer that Neymar remains at the club and is believed to have tried to convince the former Santos man to stay.
