PSG chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi says he wouldn't sell forward Kylian Mbappe, even if someone were to bid €1bn (£876m) this summer.

The 19-year-old only joined the club from Monaco last summer on an initial loan deal, which will become permanent for a fee of £118m this summer.

Mbappe carried on where he left off this season, scoring 21 goals and laying on 16 assists in 46 appearances in all competitions, despite mainly being played on the right wing to accomodate fellow forwards Neymar and Edinson Cavani.

There were fears that PSG could be forced to sell Mbappe after it emerged they were investigating the Parisians over their spending in the last 12 months, but Al-Khelaifi has poured cold water on suggestions they could sell the French international.

"You want me to give you a number? More than €1bn!" he told 'Canal+'

"Yes, I said one billion! And even if you gave me a billion, I wouldn't sell him."
