Rumours have been sparked again about the chances of seeing Mbappe playing for Real Madrid. According to Jan Aage Fjørtoft, former player and close to Erling Haaland's family, he said that the Frenchman will join the Spaniards next summer.
In France, the rumours of Mbappe's possible move to Real Madrid have been fuelled once again. 'L'Equipe' spoke of the timing of his contract, as he has a contract until 2024 with an option for one more.
That is why Mbappe could arrive at the Bernabeu in the summer of 2024, but former footballer and person close to Erling Haaland's family, Jan Aage Fjørtoft, has brought forward the year of the signing.
On his social networks he replied to a report on the subject and added that Frenchman said he agreed to one more year in Paris because of the World Cup.
"He agreed with Qatar to stay in Paris for one season because of the World Cup. Then to Real Madrid next summer," he said.
