Mbappe assigned PSG squad number
After PSG finally completed their long, drawn-out deal for Monaco forward Kylian Mbappe, the club have today announced which number the 18-year-old will wear in the French capital.
PSG took to their official website on Saturday to reveal their new star's shirt number. With teen striking sensation Mbappe set to wear the number 29 shirt in the French capital.
Shirts bearing the players name are already for sale via the PSG club shop and they look like this:
"PSG's new striker Kylian Mbappe will wear the number 29 shirt," read a brief statement on the PSG website.
It will not be the first time the youngster has worn the number 29, as it was also his number at Monaco before he switched to No 10 this season.
At PSG, the No 10 is private property, belonging to a certain Mr Neymar, hence Mbappe's decision to return to his No 29 shirt.
