Marcelino Garcia Toral, the Valencia manager, has selected 20 players for the Europa League semi-final second leg against Arsenal. The Frenchman Francis Coquelin, who picked up a knock on Wednesday, is in the 20 man squad against his former club.
The French midfielder did not complete the afternoon training session and pulled out with problems in the lower part of his right leg.
In the squad are the goalkeepers Neto, Jaume Domenech and Rivero together with Roncaglia, Gabriel Paulista, Diakhaby, Gayà, Lato, Piccini, Garay, Guedes, Carlos Soler, Parejo, Coquelin, Wass, Ferran Torres, Gameiro, Rodrigo, Santi Mina and Rubén Sobrino. Therefore, Marcelino will have to discard two players prior to kick-off.
The only absentees are those of the injury Denis Cheryshev and Geoffrey Kondogbia and Kang In Lee, who has gone on international duty with South Korea.
