Inter Milan may make a move for controversial striker Mario Balotelli, with the Italian's former boss Roberto Mancini pondering an approach.
Mancini worked with Balotelli at Inter Milan and Manchester City where the pair enjoyed a love-hate relationship.
Balotelli's time working under Mancini saw the striker involved in a number of bust-ups with his boss, but also saw the striker produce some of the best football of his career to date.
The 25-year-old scored 17 goals in all competitions during Manchester City's Premier League title-winning season in the 2011-12, including a brace in City's famous 6-1 derby victory against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
However, in the last couple of seasons, 'Super Mario' has struggled for form, scoring just seven goals in over 50 appearances.
'Tuttosport' is claiming that Manicini is prepared to offer Balotelli a lifeline to come back and play for former club Inter Milan.
Will Balotelli get his career back on track?
