We take a look ahead to Sunday's Premier League clash between Manchester United and Everton at Old Trafford.

Manchester United: Jesse Lingard could return to squad after being sidelined for a month with a groin problem, whilst fellow United academy product Scott McTominay could also be back in contention after recovering from an injury sustained on international duty with Scotland. There is some back news for United, though, with both Marouane Fellaini and Alexis Sanchez still sidelined.

Everton:  The visitors have no new injury concerns and could opt to hand a debut to Colombian centre-back Yerry Mina. Forwards Cenk Tosun and Dominic Calvert-Lewin will both be hoping to get the nod up front after coming off the bench to score in the win over Crystal Palace last time out.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho on Everton counterpart Marco Silva:

"The only thing I want to say is that I have a very good relationship with him. Yes, we are good friends.

"In football it's difficult to feed that relation with managers, because our life is not an easy one and it's not like we can have conversations or be together every day or every week, but he's a good boy.

"I feel that he has the same kind of feelings towards me."

Everton boss Marco Silva on the pressure being placed on Mourinho:

"I think as coach, I understand. All the coaches want to win every match, every coach is working to win every match.

"When you are at a club like Man United, you know what your goals are. Your goals are to win every match, to be champions, to win all the competitions that you are playing in during the season.

"Mourinho knows how he can manage the situation. For sure it is not the first time in his career he feels this situation. He can manage the situation like he wants. He's preparing for everything.

"I don't have doubts about him or what he can do. He won't doubt himself."

Form:

Did you know?

No club has won more Premier League games against a single opponent than Manchester United against Everton (35).

Everton have failed to record a win in the last seven meetings between the two sides (W0, D2, L5).

The 'Toffees' have won just two of their last 26 Premier League games at Old Trafford (W2, D5, L19).

Manchester United had claimed six more clean sheets at this time last season (7) than they currently boast this term (1).

Jose Mourinho has only ever lost two of 110 home league games played on a Sunday.

A win would see Everton record four straight Premier League wins for the first time in two years.

Possible lineups:

Manchester United: De Gea; Young, Smalling, Lindelof, Shaw; Matic, Pogba; Rahsford, Mata, Martial; Lukaku.

Everton: Pickford; Coleman, Keane, Zouma, Digne; Gomes, Gueye; Walcott, Sigurdsson, Bernard; Richarlison.
