The 'Red Devils' booked their place in the FA Cup final with a 2-1 win over Spurs and their controlled second-half performance sees them dominate the player's ratings.

MANCHESTER UNITED:

Goalkeeper: David De Gea - 6

Apart from the Spurs onslaught at the beginning of the match it was a relatively quiet afternoon between the sticks for the Spaniard.

Defender: Antonio Valencia - 6

The captain could've seen red for a two-footed challenge on Alli but apart from that a solid display.

Defender: Chris Smalling - 8

Smalling's presence in the box was the main reason compatriot Harry Kane remained quiet during the game, acting as a tower of strength for United's comeback.

Defender: Phil Jones - 7.5

The Englishman made a formidable defensive partnership with Smalling, throwing his body in the way of everything to halt Spurs' charge in the first half.

Defender: Ashley Young - 6.5

Struggled to contain the threat of Christian Eriksen but he did grow into the game in the second 45 minutes.

Midfielder: Ander Herrera - 7.5

The Spaniard popped up with the winning goal of the game, connecting cleanly to fire a venomous shot past Vorm.

Midfielder: Nemanja Matic - 7

Solid presence in midfield and protected the back four well after Spurs' early charge.

Midfielder: Paul Pogba - 7.5

Delivered a professional performance, making up for his laziness in Tottenham's opener by setting up United's first goal. Was a constant menace in midfield.

Forward: Jesse Lingard - 6.5

Tried his best to put his stamp on the game but was outshone by his team-mates.

Forward: Alexis Sanchez - 8.5 (Man of the Match)

The Chilean showed United and Jose Mourinho why they made the move for him in January, taking centre stage at Wembley again with another goal under the arch.

Forward: Romelu Lukaku - 7

The Belgian worked the spaces and defensive line to create space for his team-mates. Unlucky not to score in the first half.

TOTTENHAM:

Goalkeeper: Michel Vorm - 5.5

Looked out-of-his-depth at Wembley but did make some fine saves to deny Pogba.

Defender: Kieran Trippier - 5.5

Was very lucky not to have been sent off for a poor challenge on Sanchez and it was his wayward pass that led to United's first goal.

Defender: Davidson Sanchez - 7

His long ball put through Eriksen, setting into motion Spurs' first goal, and was solid at the back too.

Defender: Jan Vertonghen - 7

Minimilised Lukaku's threat up top, winning the tussle with his countryman.

Defender: Ben Davies - 6.5

Steady display from the Welshman who kept Lingard quiet on the other flank.

Midfielder: Mousa Dembele - 6

The Belgian did not command the midfield, losing out to Matic and Pogba by being wasteful in possession.

Midfielder: Eric Dier - 6.5

No-frills performance by the Englishman but he couldn't stop United's comeback and was booked for a poor challenge.

Midfielder: Christian Eriksen - 7.5

Was Spurs' most creative outlet at Wembley, a constant thorn in United's backside, providing a brilliant assist for Alli's goal.

Midfielder: Dele Alli - 7

Showed Gareth Southgate why he should be on the plane to Russia by finishing off Spurs' goal. Looked a menace all evening.

Forward: Son Heung-Min - 6

Was booked for a late tackle and couldn't make much impact on United's goal, giving Valencia an easy ride.

Forward: Harry Kane - 6

An unususally quiet performance from Kane who failed to work De Gea.
