According to The Sun, Manchester United playmaker Bruno Fernandes saved a troubled passenger on a plane on Tuesday as he flew to Portugal for the upcoming Nations League encounters.

Bruno Fernandes, who netted a brace in Manchester United's 3-0 win over Leicester on Sunday, was hailed as a hero a few days later after saving a stricken passenger on his way to join the Portugal squad.

According to The Sun, the 30-year-old was on an easyJet flight with teammate Diogo Dalot from Manchester to Lisbon on Tuesday when the playmaker noticed a man collapsing at the back of the plane.

As a result, Fernandes alerted the plane crew, who went over to check on the passenger's condition. With cries for help, they were able to assist the affected passenger. The United player was remembered as a great person on and off the pitch on that flight.
