Ayden Heaven has provided an update on his injury after being stretchered off during Manchester United's Premier League match against Leicester City.

The young defender had been playing well but was forced off early in the second half following a painful collision with Leicester's Patson Daka.

Heaven, unable to continue after the incident, received medical attention from both teams and was stretchered off while United were comfortably leading 3-0.

The 18-year-old, who joined Manchester United from Arsenal in January, was later seen leaving the King Power Stadium with a foot brace, raising concerns over a possible extended absence from the pitch.

However, the centre-back has reassured fans that he is recovering well. In a post on his Instagram story, he thanked supporters for their messages, saying: "Thank you guys for all the support! I have read all your messages and I'm doing really well and recovering fast."
