Nikola Vukcevic came very close to equalising in the match between Levante and Real Madrid. The midfielder, with a header, hit the crossbar and made Zinedine Zidane's team worried, who did not defend the attack well. Courtois was very lucky.

Real Madrid took the lead in their match against Levante in La Liga thanks to Vinicius' quality strike, but they came close to conceding too. A header by Vukcevic hit the bar and forced Madrid to raise their guard.

The Serbian player took a corner and was just a little short of making it 1-1. The Madrid defence was not able to stop his move and he had space to move around. Courtois hesitated in coming out to clear the ball and was almost punished for it.

Not to take anything away from the Belgian's start to the season. He has already made a number of great stops in his first matches. However, had his opponent scored, he would have surely been criticised for his performance today.

Levante's chance came as a surprise, as Madrid, after scoring 1-0, was clearly in control. There were several attacks, especially by Vinicius and Benzema, in which it could have gone 2-0.
