After 'France Football' signalled that Madrid would soon make a 280 million euro offer for Kylian Mbappe, Spanish newspaper 'Marca' says that Madrid deny reports of a bid.

According to 'Marca', an authoritative spokesperson has stated that Real Madrid have not made an offer for Kylian Mbappe, despite reports circulating of an imminent 280 million euro bid.

The prestigious French newspaper 'France Football' seemed absolutely convinced that an offer was soon to be made and that Zidane had made signing his French compatriot a clear priority for the club.

Real Madrid have been linked with a number of clubs in recent times, with Zidane's return to the touchline sparking wild rumours on a whole host of potential signings. Mbappe himself has refused to speak about the situation.

Some have even said that Zidane has acted as an intermediary between the two clubs, and could have a huge impact on proceedings as he is the same nationality as Mbappe. But the situation now appears the same. PSG won't sell.

'Marca' also comment that the relationship between Real Madrid and PSG is 'perfect' and that the Spanish club do not wish to destroy this.
