Lyon demand 'justice' for Fekir wounds
French side Lyon have made a call for justice after star man Nabil Fekir was left with a heavily bloodied ankle following the Europa League game against Villarreal.
It was a game of suffering for both sets of players, with the Spanish side suffering from the attacking prowess of Fekir, Mariano Diaz and Memphis Depay and Fekir suffering from the overeagerness of the visiting defenders.
The French international put the second goal on the board for Lyon, but finished the game in some pain, with blood seeping form his ankle at such a rate to stain his sock.
Now, the French side have taken to social media to ask the French Football Federation for "justice".
