Swansea City got off to the worst possible start when they faced Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday, going a goal behind inside five minutes and it marked a significant milestone in Romelu Lukaku's Premier League career.

Fresh from scoring a brace against Saudi Arabia when on international duty with Belgium, Lukaku went into the game full of confidence and he showed that a return to club duty hasn't dullened his attacking insticts.

With just over four minutes gone, Jesse Lingard picked out Alexis Sanches to square for the Belgian who took care of the rest as his effort took a nick of the unfortunate Alfie Mawson before beating Lukasz Fabianski in the visiting goal.

The strike takes Lukaku's tally to 26 goals in 45 games in all competitions this season, but more importantly, it was his 100th strike in the English top flight.
