Youngster Malen is found by Reece Nelson and his effort his the outside of the post. Second last Olivier Giroud is crowded out just in the nick of time as he looks to shoot.

Baker looks to race in behind and is pulled back by Kolasinac, who is deservedly shown a yellow card.

The Frenchman is clearly keen to have an impact here but his latest effort from 25 yards is dragged harmlessly wide.

Good block

Alonso crosses to the back post where Moses is unmarked, but his effort is charged down. The corner comes to nothing.

Chelsea threaten again

Ospina makes a good stop at his near post to deny Willian, before Alonso fires a free-kick from range straight into the wall. Great ball from Luiz to find Willian incidentally.

Grioud has a go

The Frenchman fires straight at Caballero when he would maybe be better served crossing.

Coquelin fires just over

A low cross from the right is kept alive by Arsenal and it finds Coquelin on the edge of the box but his effort goes just over.

Ozil doesn't fancy it, but Giroud does. He hits it low but straight into the wall.

Welbeck is brought down by Luiz as he looks to turn on the edge of the box. Ozil will fancy this one.

Not the best confidence booster ahead of the new season for Arsenal.

Alonso leaves his man for dead down the left and pulls the ball back to the edge of the box where Batshuayi meets it and crashes the ball into the roof of the net with his left foot. Pick that one out.

Giroud almost makes an immediate impact

Ramsey looks to clip a ball over the top to the Frenchman but he can't quite reach it on the volley. Maybe should have gone with his head there.

He gets played in over the top but he hesitates and hesitates and his shot is eventually kept out by Courtois. Arsenal's best chance so far.

He gets across to clear a cross at the near post with Lacazette lurking.

It could have been three!

Arsenal are falling apart here. Chelsea get in down the right and the ball is crossed in low to Batshuayi, only a last-ditch block prevents him from making it three.

What a couple of minutes!

Kante finds Batshuayi on the edge of the box and the Belgian puts the ball on his left foot and curls the ball into the far corner. Nothing tame about that one!

There it is!

Chelsea win the ball on half way and catch Arsenal out, Willian is played in and the Brazilian isolates Monreal before jinking onto his right foot and firing home with the help of the far post from just inside the box.

Chelsea continue to press

Gary Cahill chests down a corner and fires in a low shot that is blocked before Michy Batshuayi again tries a tame effort from range. It looks like only a matter of time until Chelsea take the lead.

Good passage from Chelsea

Willian tested Ospina from the edge of the box, his shot was saved but only cleared as far as Victor Moses who slammed a half-volley towards the top corner. Again Ospina was equal to it but Chelsea take the resulting corner quickly, Fabregas crosses low and Batshuayi bundles home from 4 yards but the flag goes up for offside!

The players head for the sidelines for a drinks break. They've now become standard procedure during pre-season games in exotic locations.

Chelsea make a change

Not too surprisingly they're taking no chances. Pedro is replaced by Jeremy Boga.

Pedro is back on his feet

Could have been nasty that. The Spaniard looks to be smarting a bit and it looks like he may have a nosebleed but he's back on his feet.

Sharp goalkeeping from Ospina

He races out and takes ball and man to prevent Pedro getting in behind.

Sloppy from Chelsea!

Azpilicueta gives the ball straight to Lacazette who bursts forward. He finds Ozil but Ramsey can only turn the German's low cross just wide.

Willian looks sharp

He has just burst past three players before finding Batshuayi, a good sign ahead of the new season.

Monreal has a knock

The Spaniard is getting some treatment, looks like he'll be okay though.

Batshuayi again

He drives forward and shoots from range but his low effort is easily saved.

Tactical foul from Monreal

He brings down his man on half way as Chelsea look to break. They take the free-kick quickly but it is cleared.

Batshuayi has a go

Kante looks for a one-two on the edge of the box but instead, the striker spins his man and has a go but his left-footed effort is tame. Ospina could have thrown his cap on that.

Chelsea look dangerous on the counter

Arsenal have a corner but Chelsea clear easily and immediately set off on the break. Four or five blue shirts pouring forward there in a flash, impressive. It comes to nothing though as Willian checks back and the momentum is lost.

Willian nicks in after a poor touch from Maitland-Niles and races clear but his left-footed effort from the edge of the box flashes wide.

They make Chelsea look like mannequins with a spell of keep ball on the edge of the Chelsea box, it comes to nothing though.

The referee waves play on in the middle of the park and the ball is played over the top to Moses, but he can't get the ball from under his feet and a tame shot is kept out by Ospina.

These two teams will of course face each other in the Community Shield ahead of the start of the new Premier League season.

Bayern V AC Milan just finished 4-0 to the Italians, hopefully there's plenty of goals in this one as well.

Arsenal V Chelsea is 'never friendly'

That's what Arsene Wenger tells us, but it's hard to see this game descend into an intense derby affair. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

Two very strong line-ups

It will be interesting to see how Alexandre Lacazette gets on, there will be a lot of eyes on him this season.
