Christian Falk, the man in charge of reporting about Bayern Munich told German media outlet 'Bild' that Robert Lewandowski is angry with the club for not having made progress on his new contract. If the board does not accelerate, the journalist warns that he could end up leaving in the summer like Alaba did.
It seems like Robert Lewandowski's anger at Bayern Munich is increasing as time goes on. It had already been leaded that he was not happy that the Bavarians were hardly approaching him to renew his contract, which ends in June 2023. Now, 'Bild' says that he is not only uncomfortable, but that he has also got upset.
Christian Falk, journalist who follows Bayern on a daily basis, says that he is convinced will the club's big wigs will have to get in contact with the Pole soon or his agents or both in order to reach a solution or he could leave the club for free.
"Lewandowski is pi**ed off, something is happening with Robert Lewandowski. He's pi**ed because Bayern have still not begun talks to extend his contract despite the fact his agent, Pini Zahavi, is lying in wait. Bayern have to be very careful. Even though going on a free in 2023 is a possibility, it makes sense for Bayern to sell him this summer if they do not want to renew him. Barcelona, Real Madrid and Man Utd are among those wanting him. Lewandowski certainly will not be short of offers.
