Italian media has repeatedly linked Barcelona defender Clement Lenglet with a move to Napoli, but his agent, gregory Dakad, has declared that his player does not want to change clubs.

At 23 years of age, Lenglet is enjoying a strong spell in Barcelona's starting line-up. He has played 34 games for the club, and Valverde now trusts him in the biggest matches.

For this reason the player's agent has dismissed suggestions that his client could be on his way to Napoli, saying that Lenglet is very happy at Barcelona.

"I don't know what to say that's not already been said. Last summer, Napoli showed interest, but then he went to Barcelona. And now I ask myself why he should have gone to Napoli, since he's playing, winning and is with Barca", he explained.

With these words, it seems clear that Lenglet will not be leaving Catalonia, where his form has seen him rise to the French national team.
