Lemar Arsenal transfer looking increasingly unlikely
Arsenal look set to miss out on key target Thomas Lemar as Monaco are unwilling to sell another of their star players.
The France international has been linked with a move to the Gunners all summer. Lemar is reportedley desperate to play under Arsene Wenger and wants a move to the Emirates.
However, with the recent high profile departures of Bernardo Silva and Tiemoué Bakayoko to Manchester City and Chelsea respectively, a deal is looking increasingly difficult.
While the Gunners are still in pursuit of the 21-year-old, their main attention now turns to keeping hold of last seasons top scorer, Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean is moving into the final year of his contract and is reportedly keen to reunite with former boss Pep Guardiola.
