As reported by 'RMC Sport', Monaco fans waited in the carpark for players to get into their vehicles after their side's 0-0 draw with Amiens, targeting then with verbal abuse as they were leaving.

It's been a disappointing season for Monaco. After winning the French league last season, they have dropped back behind PSG in the rankings, and are now 19 points adrift of the now-Ligue 1 champions.

They recently suffered humiliation at the hands of the Parisian giants, losing 7-1 to Unai Emery's side in the game that secured PSG the league title. However, after that game they then lost to Guingamp (3-1), and after drawing 0-0 with Amiens, they have dropped down to third in the table behind Lyon.

Furthermore, if Olympique Marseille beat Angers on Sunday, last year's champions could fall into fourth. It's all clearly getting to Monaco's fans, and they showed their anger after the result against Amiens.

After a poor showing against the 13th placed team, the fans turned on the players, hanging around after the game to wait for the players to leave. They awaited them in the carpark, before targeting verbal abuse at the players as they got into their cars. It is reported that Thomas Lemar and Fabinho were particular targets.
