Tyler Adams is now a new Leeds United player. The 'whites' needed a new player to take over Kalvin Phillips' role, who signed for Manchester City, so the board identified a replacement. This replacement cost some €23.4 million, agreeing a deal until 2027.

His signing has been made official and he joins from RB Leipzig. In the Bundesliga, he was an important player. In the 2021-22 season, he played 37 times, 20 of them as a starter, getting one assist. Now, he will have to adapt to a new league and try to show his quality.

"Leeds United are delighted to announce the signing of United States international Tyler Adams from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig. The 23-year-old signs for five years, until the summer of 2027," reads the text that confirmed his signing alongside an image of himself signing his contract.

The deal helps to pump up the flow of transfer activity in the Premier League, where there have already a lot of expensive transfers. For example, between the departure of Kalvin Phillips and the arrival of Tyler Adams, Leeds United have moved nearly €80 million.
