The attacking midfielder believes his side will need a full squad effort ahead of their busy and challenging fixture list

Liverpool face Stoke on Sunday, with the game being the first of four games in 10 days for the Merseyside club, with he second leg of the Europa League quarter-final against Borussia Dortmund on Thursday, Bournemouth next Sunday, and Everton on teh following Wednesday.

Lallana believes the Reds will have to rotate the squad a bit, in order to keep everyone fit, and to ensure tired legs don't hinder the team from winning the games.

Speaking to Goal, the 27-year-old said: “We’ve got a tough game on Sunday after exerting a lot of energy against Dortmund and we’ve probably got to utilise the squad now to keep everyone fresh as we have lots of games in a short space of time.

“Sunday will be testing and the second leg against Dortmund is going to be really intensive again so we have to make sure we recover well and push again.

"There’s no end to the games, so we have to maintain a good fitness level and stay sharp.”
