Dreadful United limp to Palace draw
Manchester United were held to a 0-0 draw by Crystal Palace at Old Trafford after a poor performance.
The game started slowly, with United's dominance in possession not reflected in their general play. Wilfried Zaha went the closest to scoring in the opening 25 minutes, dragging a rasping shot just past the post of David De Gea.
Zaha created another fantastic chance when he broke with speed, but his layoff to Patrick van Aanholt was curled well wide with the goal begging.
