Liverpool striker, Saudio Mane, revealed in an interview with 'France Football', the way in which Klopp encouraged them before the game against Barcelona... after losing 3-0 at Camp Nou.

The peculiar Liverpool coach couldn't think of a better way to motivate his team than to enter the dressing room saying that he had good news for the team... when the players were faced with an almost impossible challenge: beating Barcelona 3-0.

"Klopp surprised us at times. Last season, before the return game against Barca, he came and told us: 'Hello boys, I have good news for you'. The dressing room remained quiet and then he carried on speaking: 'The good news is that Barcelona is a team that plays... and we love those. You already see it, we will get to the final," Mane recalled.

According to the striker himself, this message served to "reduce the tension" in the dressing room and it was one of the keys to the comeback: A success that is closely related to Jurgen's very close relationship with his footballers.

"He is the father of the team and everything has always been great between us. We love him... and we also see him as a father. He's managed to have a great place in my life and he is a great person. Everybody in the dressing room has undying faith in him," he explained.

Finally, he also spoke about his great attacking teammate: "Salah is a great goal-scorer, an exceptional footballer who is capable of everything. When he arrived he was in front of us, but it's a pleasure to evolve alongside him. We speak the same football".
