Liverpool's Fabinho, who is replacing the injured Virgil Van Dijk, will only miss the next three matches for Liverpool, his recovery time luckily aligned with the international break.

Virgil Van Dijk suffered a serious injury in the match against Everton. The Liverpool centre-back will be out until the end of the season due to a serious knee injury.

Jürgen Klopp had found his replacement Fabinho, but the Brazilian joined his teammate in the Anfield infirmary. The alarm bells were ringing at Anfield until the state of his injury came to light.

As the 'Daily Express' points out, the former Monaco player, among others, will have to be out of the team for a month, but he will only miss three games, as during the time he will have to be out of the international teams will be playing.

Klopp will therefore have to find an alternative to Fabinho for the matches against West Ham and Manchester City in the Premier League and for the match against Atalanta on the third day of the group stage of the Champions League.

In the meantime, everything points to the fact that the German coach could count on the 19-year-old central defender Rhys Williams, who has participated in four first team matches this season.

"Williams is a talent. The problem is that, until Saturday, every day a story will be written about him and he will have to prove that he can handle it," said Klopp about the promising defender.
